Instant Whey PRO is suitable for both men and women aiming to support their gym, sport or exercise activities. In fact, anyone who undertakes regular strenuous physical activities can benefit from using Instant Whey™ PRO. By using a protein supplement after a work-out, you can help to ensure that you support your recover in an optimal manner. Recommended Usage Consume 2-3 servings daily, ideally post-workout. Mix 25g, which is approximately two level 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 175-225ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are, however, guidelines. More or less liquid can be added to taste. Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.
