But, imagine you gave yourself an extra hour or 4% every single day just by getting up an hour earlier or going to bed an hour later.
In just a week you’ve given yourself an extra 7 hours to workout, be productive, learn, have fun, spend time with your family… the list is endless!
And scaling that hour up even further, that’s 365 hours a year which equates to 15 extra days of living life! 15 extra days? That’s huge!
Now, don’t get us wrong sleep and recovery are incredibly important but there is plenty of data out there to support that as humans we may actually be sleeping too much! There is no golden 8 hour rule or amount of sleep we need, it’s all individualised based on our output and personally we quite like the idea of giving ourselves an extra 15 days to live life on this rock! 🙌
