Who doesn’t love a good stretch in the morning? Stretching in the morning acts to loosen and realign the muscles after a period of time spent immobile. It also helps with circulation, getting our blood flowing after we’ve spent the night laying flat and our heart rate moving a little slower than it does when we’re awake.
