We all know the benefits of exercise, the dopamine hit you get from pushing yourself, the extra energy your body is flooded with for hours afterwards and it’s important to try and get this into your daily routine wherever possible.
Now, you don’t have to go out there every day and kill yourself but an hour a day of some form of exercise is going to do you SO much good!
Why not make it your goal to get your body moving for an hour every single day? And if you don’t have an hour solid to dedicate to training on a particular day, break it up - a 30 minute dog walk in the morning, a 30 minute jog at lunchtime. Just get yourself moving!
